ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Van Travis - State Farm Agent, you will be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services to meet their needs. - Market Products to New Prospects and Current Household
- Network to Develop referral sources
- Assist prospects in making educated decision about the products and services we provide
- Consistently work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Motivated, Self-Starter who is focused on success achieving daily, weekly, monthly & annual goals.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Prior Insurance and/or Financial Services Experience.
- Current Property & Casualty &/or Life/Health &/Or Financial Services Licensing.
Compensation $68,178.00 - $94,066.00 per year
